With the purchase of this plan you will receive the following:

- Weekly updates and adjustments to your macros/calories or meal plan
- One Off: 1 Hour Personal Training Session (LONDON, UK)
What I need from you:
- Weekly pictures (optional)
- You will need a food scale along with a bathroom scale
- As my client, it is your responsibility to check in with me for updates each week
The workout program is created to meet your goals and bring up your weak areas. The program can be tailored towards overall size/strength or can be tailored towards specifically improving 1-2 lagging body parts. I will include a cardio program, ab workout routine, a description of proper form of each exercise, sets, reps, and rest times for each exercise.
The meal plan is fully customised to your age, height, body-fat, body type, food preferences, preferred meal frequency, and goals. The meal plan will provide one full day of eating examples for each week, this way you don’t have to figure out your calorie intake and worry about what to eat, all you have to do is follow the plan. You can also substitute some of the meals in the meal plan as long as the calories are pretty similar at the end of the day.
ONCE PURCHASE IS COMPLETE YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER SENDING BACK YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE TO RECEIVE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS AND PLANS.
