WORKOUT & DIET PLAN COMBO
If you don’t need the one to one communication and feel you can just get on with it yourself then this combo plan is perfect for you. The combo plan lasts 6-12 weeks and all you have to do is stick to it!
- The meal plan will give you one full day of eating examples for each week. This way you don’t have to figure out your calorie intake and worry about what to eat, all you have to do is follow the plan. You can also substitute some of the meals in the meal plan as long as the calories are pretty similar at the end of the day.
- The workout program is created to meet your goals and bring up your weak areas. The program can be tailored towards overall size/strength or can be tailored towards specifically improving 1-2 lagging body parts. I will include a cardio program, ab workout routine, a description of proper form of each exercise, sets, reps, and rest times for each exercise.
- You will receive any needed adjustments with this combo plan.
